Atrium Management Company focuses primarily on managing Class A and B single-family and multifamily properties. The current owners Adam Wonus and Michael Krause purchased Atrium in late 2014. At that time, Atrium had about 200 doors under management. Through mostly word-of-mouth advertising and reputation-based marketing, Atrium has grown to over 1,500 doors leased and managed. Atrium takes a small team-based approach to property management, which allows it to maintain that small company feel and customer focus as the company continues to grow and expand.
