In addition to having a specialist who writes the descriptions of the property and takes all pictures for marketing, we use a number of different sources to market property to include the following:
- Professional Sign posted in front of house with chasers if needed.
- Appfolio: Posts to FHS PM website as well as to currently 34 additional websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Realtor etc.
- Craigslist ads posted at least 2x p/day to keep properties on the top of the list
- Facebook: to our sites as well as the Marketplace.
- Rently Boxes if the owner is interested to add additional marketing and ease of access.
