Rich has more than 20 years of M&A and capital raising experience. He was a Managing Director at Jeffries, where he organized the first single-family rentals industry conference. He has also held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Royal Bank of Canada, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers.
Olesya has over 13 years of experience working on real estate investment transactions across asset classes within the U.S. & EU markets. Over past four years, she has worked on real estate investment sales with a combined sales value of over $2.5B.
She received her MSc in Property Investment from the University of Reading in the UK and her BSc and MSc in Finance from University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.

One of the earliest employees at Roofstock, Chris has advised on ~$1.5B in SFR sales across 10,000+ properties, and he played a crucial role in building the platform’s foundations for both retail and institutional investors.
Chris has held acquisition and asset management roles at Waypoint Homes, Starwood Waypoint, and Colony Starwood, where he was responsible for the growth and management of their CA portfolio. He received his B.S. from the University of Arizona

Prior to joining Roofstock, Clayton served as Chief Capital Officer for a multifamily fund manager and tax credit syndicator with over $15B in residential assets under management. He has over 15 years of real estate experience in private equity, brokerage, construction/development, finance, and investment banking. Clayton has worked with all the public SFR REITs.
Clayton earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and B.S. from Brigham Young University.
Ini has worked at Roofstock since August 2016. Being one of the first 30 employees she has seen Roofstock flourish from our early days. At Roofstock, she has had the opportunity to wear many hats from Transaction Coordinator to Transaction Manager and everywhere in between. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for 10+ years and has closed and managed over $500MM in single family and portfolio transactions from offer acceptance to close of escrow.
Haley has 5 years of experience working across all stages of real estate investment transactions from sourcing and acquisitions to disposition and tax structuring.
Over the past 4 years she worked with a private equity firm and private family office on all sides of the single-family rental asset class including land and lot development, acquisitions, management, financing and dispositions.
She received a triple major from Malone University including B.A. degrees in Finance, Business Administration and Accounting.

Jack has three years of experience in commercial real estate banking working on multi-family, office, retail, and industrial asset classes. In the last two years, he was a Senior Analyst on the Northern California Strategic Real Estate Team at an institutional bank, where he worked on underwriting acquisitions, refinances, and portfolio management for the team’s regional debt portfolio of $1.8B.
Jack received his B.S. in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has completed a formal two-year Financial Analyst Credit training program at an institutional bank.
Haris has over 3 years of experience working in corporate finance and private equity.
Prior to joining Roofstock, Haris led the acquisition efforts for Hartman Capital across retail and SFR/BTR asset classes. During this time, he has underwritten over $550 million and contracted over $46 million in SFR/BTR deals.
Haris received his B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University.
Anthony comes to Roofstock, bringing with him over 6 years of experience in real estate. Most recently, he held leadership roles at Compass and Douglas Elliman as an Associate Transaction Operations Manager and Lead Transaction Coordinator, respectively. Throughout his career, he has overseen and managed over $500MM in transactional volume from SFRs to multi-unit properties. Outside of work, he is actively involved in various nonprofit charities, devoting time to contributing to his community. Anthony holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.

Matt Heintz joined the Build to Rent team at Roofstock, the leading tech-enabled real estate marketplace, earlier this year where he works with buyers and sellers acquiring homes and taking new projects to market with the BTR Team, including scattered individual site, portfolio transactions and dedicated communities. He holds principal broker licenses in several states. Matt joined the Investment Services team at Roofstock in 2021 where he has worked with institutional clients in building portfolios of single-family rentals across the US. In his time at Roofstock, he and the team successfully deployed several hundred million dollars in the single-family rental space. Prior to joining Roofstock, Matt built and led the acquisition team for a top producing real estate team in Los Angeles, primarily focused on the fix and flip space. He has years of experience with acquisition, disposition, and valuation of thousands of homes, as well as experience in office, industrial and multifamily transactions. Matt is a Southern California native who received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Santa Barbara, he is married and recently relocated to Dallas.

Danielle has over 7 years of experience disrupting stale industries through tech. Her career has focused on compliance, risk mitigation and client management. Most recently, she comes from Tesla where she managed assets for their $2.6B solar energy business line. Since coming to Roofstock, she has led new transaction initiatives across both the retail and institutional platforms, creating processes for efficiency and scale. Danielle has managed and closed over $250MM in single family transactions from offer acceptance to close of escrow for the company since 2019.
