Rich has more than 20 years of M&A and capital raising experience. He was a Managing Director at Jeffries, where he organized the first single-family rentals industry conference. He has also held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Royal Bank of Canada, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers.
Prior to joining Roofstock, Clayton served as Chief Capital Officer for a multifamily fund manager and tax credit syndicator with over $15B in residential assets under management. He has over 15 years of real estate experience in private equity, brokerage, construction/development, finance, and investment banking. Clayton has worked with all the public SFR REITs.
Clayton earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and B.S. from Brigham Young University.
One of the earliest employees at Roofstock, Chris has advised on ~$1.5B in SFR sales across 10,000+ properties, and he played a crucial role in building the platform’s foundations for both retail and institutional investors.

Rebecca has been the Senior Transaction Manager at Roofstock since 2016, managing over $775M in sales in 20+ markets from offer acceptance to close of escrow and property management transfer.
She has created and implemented programs resulting in reduced escrow durations and reduced cancellations rates while working across teams to maintain compliance and efficiencies of process.

Prior to joining Roofstock, Justin was a GSE Underwriter at Walker & Dunlop focused on affordable multifamily transactions.
Justin received his B.S. in Management from Boston College with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
In addition to working on over $500M of SFR portfolio transactions, Asher has focused on building the technology and systems that have helped enable Roofstock to scale its institutional business.
Prior to joining Roofstock, Asher worked in Citigroup’s technology corporate banking group, where he worked with the large tech companies on lines of credit and acquisition financing.
He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Hunter brings with him 3+ years investment and capital markets experience, with a focus on commercial, multifamily and single-family real estate mortgage banking and investment underwriting. Prior to joining Roofstock, Hunter was an acquisitions analyst for Zillow and RESSCO where he was primarily responsible for identifying and assessing investment opportunities and conducting market and asset research analysis.
He received his B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University.
Dewei has over 3 years of experience in real estate investing, analyzing and underwriting. He has underwritten 50+ real estate projects in a variety of asset classes.

Prior to joining Roofstock, Haris led the acquisition efforts for Hartman Capital across retail and SFR/BTR asset classes. During this time, he has underwritten over $550 million and contracted over $46 million in SFR/BTR deals.

At Roofstock, she has had the opportunity to wear many hats from Transaction Coordinator to Transaction Manager and everywhere in between. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for 10+ years and has closed and managed over $500MM in single family and portfolio transactions from offer acceptance to close of escrow.
Anthony comes to Roofstock, bringing with him over 6 years of experience in real estate. Most recently, he held leadership roles at Compass and Douglas Elliman as an Associate Transaction Operations Manager and Lead Transaction Coordinator, respectively. Throughout his career, he has overseen and managed over $500MM in transactional volume from SFRs to multi-unit properties. Outside of work, he is actively involved in various nonprofit charities, devoting time to contributing to his community. Anthony holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
